it looks to be a little canted to the left. that is why your windage adjustment is to the right.

I wouldn't use the dust cover as a point of reference. It looks like it MIGHT not be perfectly straight, but it also looks like the front sight has been already drifted accordingly to make up for the small difference.

Funny thing is a good number of ARs have canted sights due to barrel alignment/timing. It's actually easier to fix a canted AK sight than an AR

Easy fix, just push pins out and adjust, if its too canted you may have to regroove fir the pins to go back in with a drill bit, but super easy

Let me Google that for you (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=wasr)

I'm guessing it's just a name, like Tigr and Vepr

Why? Have you shot it yet? Maybe it has already been sighted in and you'ld be screwing it up by moving the sight post at all.

That's the first question I ask when someone brings me a gun with a crooked front sight base.
99.9% of the time the answer is....um no.

+1

Shoot it first (unless you already have) then start problem solving... if there is even a problem.

You could be right. I've never fondled, fired or used one as a shovel or bat so I can't comment.

How about, What A Sorry Rifle? (work safe).
