AKs can't hit the broad side of a barn at 50 meters..you know you just used a pencil on those targets....

Tnks zx10. This is still america where you can say what you want. The libs do it all the time. I don't like what they say but I respect OUR right to free speech no matter how much it displeases me. Welcome to america Captbilly. By the way if I was expecting action at longe range I would hump around a BATTLE RIFLE not an assualt rifle. Theirnis a difference and both the AK and AR are direct results of a more modernized mobile warfare.:oji:

Is Golden Tiger much better ammo than Wolf? Have you ever tried the Hornady ammo with that SST bullet?

Throw some golden tiger in that thing and watch those groups get smaller bro.
Nice shootin'

Oh, and +1 on what NorCalK9 posted too.

Not sure but I have seen that tiger stuff in action in some dude on youtube. His AK was scoped and was able to shoot 2" groups at 100 from what I can remember.

Golden tiger uses a sealed primer/projectile, non corrosive, and has steel jacket (lac. coated). The yugo is hotter and has a lead core non metallic (for us socal range guys) jacket, corrosive, and brass cased (for reloading guys). I have a lot of golden tiger fmj and yugo, either way both are good. Buy what you can find cheap and stack it deep.

I may pick some of that up and maybe some Bulgarian. Yugo may be brass cased, but not really easily reloadable because of the berdan primer.

No matter what ammo he used he has a good rifle compared to mine that shoots off center target to the right some. Who knows perhaps it's me jerking the trigger just before the gun goes off.... I'm kinda new to the thechnical side of AK's...are most if not all AK's have sighting issues???
