+1 on CSS, what about wood?,so many plastic things around:) You'll need heandguard retainer as well

I was very pleased with the parts from CSS when I converted my Saiga-12. Their trigger guard really simplifies things

I also used CSS when I converted my Saiga 762x39 a couple years back, now its even easier to do with their videos.

Here's what mine looks like:

Nothing wrong with Tapco. That's what I have on my 762 conversion, even have the Galil style handguard for the exposed gas tube AK profile. Funny I have a Saiga with a SAW pistol grip, AK buttstock and Galil handguard go figure

what do you think about the adjustable stock with the grip atached so you dont have to move the trigger forward and then put in a bullet guide

Don't get the tapco adjustable stock. I have one for my Saiga and utterly hate it. When I get a chance Im getting a CTR stock or an MOE. Also stay away from the saw grip. In my opinion very uncomfortable. Try to get the hogue grip.

I've heard that they are not so good, because it makes for an awkward hold, and messes up the balance of the gun. I am converting my Saiga 308, using the trigger and furniture available on the Dinzag arms site. He's supposed to be another very reputable seller for the conversion kits, etc. Mine has been shipped, and should be here sometime this week.

I personally love the saw grip. More then the Palm grip, or the mako Ergo grip. I do have larger hands though.

as for AR stocks..... :)

Try to get the hogue grip.

I can second that statement. I love mine it, is far more comfortable than traditional AK grips and the SAW (on an AK)!
