I love my new Spikes lower but honestly the stock (while I know it has to have some movement in it), is way to loose and rattles a ton. Any idea of what stock I should look for? Honestly I dont mind the look or feel of the standard one, I know alot of people would probably recommend magpul CTR or something. What do you guys think?

Run a length of electrical tape on the top of the receiver extension for now.

A Magpul CTR stock has a friction lock to further tighten the fit. Sell your current stock and use the cash towards a CTR. You will get the friction lock and a quick detach sling mounting point.

LMT with an LMT buffer tube is solid as was said and my favorite. I am wondering if a B5 will fit the same. My UBRs are solid also.
I have Vltor also that have play, Emods and Imods and Vltor Buffer tubes. The noise is nothing bad either.

The LMT M4 stocks fit the same and possibly even better on a standard Mil Spec tube.

The B5 fits exactly the same.

B5 stocks are a great option if you are looking for a SOPMOD stock. The fit is just like that of the LMT SOPMOD at half the price. These are mil-spec only, so make sure you have a mil-spec receiver extension.

People may have different experiences here, but I have a magpul ACS and an MOE... The ACS has the same friction lock as the ctr... And I'll tell you what, running mil-spec buffer tubes bought from the same place (I don't really know the mfg. name, I bought them from pkfirearms.com) the MOE is every bit as tight as the ACS with no lock and it's usually about $50-$60 versus what, $85-$95 for a ctr?

As everyone says, YMMV, but the MOE fit so well and at a reasonable price, I then bought another and am running them on 2 of my AR's... Good luck deciding, sir.

x2... really liking the imod and emod versions.

Sopmod is nice option also..... something different from the standard magpul stock..

I do have an ACS stock and have no play when the friction lock is on...

I love the LMt sopmod, the Vltor E-Mod and the Magpul CTR with the thickest rubber pad. B5's sopmod is identical to the LMT and it is NOT a knockoff but one of the companies in charge of the .gov contracts.

The magpul moe sounds like a step up and it doesn't break the bank. I sorta was hoping to spend less than 65ish, but it sounds like I may need a new tube.

And I think it's milspec, it's round all the way around.

I changed out my Sopmod for a Magpul CTR and love it.

While the Sopmod wasn't loose, the CTR is extremely tight once the friction lock is engaged. I plan on checking out the Magpul STR to see if its worth upgrading to.

Another vote for the CTR, mine locks up solid.

Try out an Ergo f93 stock. Tight lockup, and a well built setup. Copy of the original magpul M93.

I just got the troy T-22 chassis, and the polymer M4 style stock it came with is the most stable one I've ever owned, I don't know if they sell it, but you could likely find a take off part.

I'm heavily leaning towards this one.

I like that one, not to expensive, or atleast cheaper than SOPMOD, and looks neat.

Here is a good article that reviewed all of the stocks mentioned above by doing a stress test:
http://militarytimes.com/blogs/gearscout/2012/02/01/buttstock-bashfest-gearscout-finds-out-just-how-far-tough-talk-goes/

It's worth the read and may help you make a choice.

Depends if you want to spend $300 on a stock.. Kinda retarded imo less your an operator or someone who competes. Hey, if you got the money to waste I guess eh..

Unless you positively need a 6 pos, I don't see why a standard DPMS or Bushy trapdoor stock wouldn't work. They are a lot more solid and I regret trading for a magpul stock.
