Using Vortex Strikefire on mine... picked it up because it had a lifetime warranty and was rated for .375 H&H Magnum so I know it can definitely stand up to the beowulf. I have about 450 rounds through mine and the Vortex is still running strong. If you are looking for something with magnification (2x-7x magnification) I've read that people have been using the Nikon ProStaff Shotgun scope with good success, although I have no experiance with the Nikon. what magnification do you have? ive read that beowulfs are good up to like 200 yards and thats pushing it. what would be ideal... 4 12, 3 9, 3.5 10?

The Vortex does not have magnification but does come with a 2x magnifier. I only use the 2x magnifier when shooting over 100yards. I tend to shoot it between 100-150 yards max as there is 0 bullet drop at 100 yards and about 3-3.5" of bullet drop at 150 so compensating at 150 is pretty easy... once you get to 200 yards there is about 10-14" of bullet drop depending on the bullets you are using so I don't shoot it that far out.

I use a 3x9 Nikon omega.Very accurate out to 200 yards with flex tips.It has held zero through 250 rounds.Plus the 5 inches of eye relief is very nice.

Eotech on mine as well, no issues. My Beowulf already killed two cheap scopes before the Eotech.

According to the Beowulf forum, the ideal optic setup is the Eotech.

I would have guessed a M60 mortar sight, it's about the same trajectory.

I cant see a situation where irons would be outperformed as long as you have correctable vision. Its not a 1000 yard round, but a close range round.

^^what he said. I got a carry handle and a Troy front sight.

I have a millet dms-1 0-4x on mine and it as been fine for over 200 rounds or so.

LOL, that is about right, but less noise.:)
