Hey Calgunners!

So I'm building a target for myself and i would love some input on what kind of metal to use. I know there's a about 25,549 different types of metal, alloys, compounds and the like. I'm looking for strength, and durability,
Also what thickness should it be for the following calibers?

All your inputs and opinions are beloved and well taken, so give your 2cents!

.338 Lapua
30.06
Most importantly 7.62x54r
.308 (7.62x51)
7.62x39
5.56 (.223)
and for hand guns? up to 44 magnum.

I really appreciate it !

During my interview at Action Target I also learned that a 15 to 20 degree forward tilt is vital for safety. BTW that place has a mess for an electronics assembly shop......
