That's pretty vague, how about some details as to why it was a piece of junk and whether their customer service is taking care of it?

Ordered a complete upper and it ended up being a piece of junk.

I've heard of some QC issues with them of late, buuuuuttttt... this is vague, even for Maxine Waters!

PSA ? If not the subject of this forum what could it be ...

Prostate Specific Antigen

Pacific Southwest Airlines

Professional Skaters Association

Public Service Announcement

Y'know, I think it's more fun without the clarification.

Guys, this is a vendor forum. Perhaps we can give them some respect and take the chit chat to main?

Just curious... Did you purchase the Mako Group AR15 Quad Rail? Just wondering because I purchase what I thought was pictured and received something else Instead of receiving the first picture below, they sent me the Global Military Gear Quad Rails which I didn't want but I also didn't want to hassle in returning.

This is what was advertised: http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/upper-parts/mako-group-ar15-m4-aluminum-quad-rail.html
http://palmettostatearmory.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/m/a/mako_group_rs.jpg

This is what I received which included rail covers (below) GM-QR1:
http://lh5.googleusercontent.com/public/n15BjvPpFRSuqG7nWuCxf2UCAKoANPEc4vLmbiutpq4Qwiq4dZ 4HHjNNlsewFMLM1ll-fAneGgir8LXKgBhUe89lFH1J1qcAoTiw25gywkYjcJQycM12sn qzutXVXwxc_Bq0Iz2siFvy-AAacnwcTqK4HwndFkoxiFVU5w

I messaged PSA, but they insisted that I received the right one. Maybe they need to change the picture of the Quad Rail because it is a bit misleading... :( Its ok though, I'm still very happy with PSA, I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but the page does need to be edited.

I ordered some ammo (.308) and they shipped next day. Took 3 business days i believe. They so far have the best price by far. At least for Federal Gold Medal Match 175gr.

Any updates to the OP's comment about PSA?

I just want to say that I have a 16" carbine upper from PSA and just under 500 rounds through it so far and no issues to report so far. Their shipping time is excellent for stuff they can ship right away like ammo, parts, etc. My upper had a less than two week turn around and I thought that is was great. Any quicker I'd be concerned. Can't comment on customer service because I never had to deal with them, which is a good thing.

Looking to get a Mid-Length in the future.

I ordered a 14.7 upper and the quality was crap. I'd rather just spend more now and get quality stuff instead of bargain shopping and regretting it.

Your upper has a lifetime warranty against defects and manufacturing errors. If you have an issue with it, we will issue you a call tag for you to return it to us. Please send me a PM with your online order number and the problems with your upper.

My PSA upper is fine too. Just wish I had a 1:9 twist instead of a 1:7 for the less expensive 55gr ammo.

You still haven't given any details, pics or updates. You sir are the definition of a troll and a bit of a douche. Let PSA make it right and stop whining about it on the internet.

Been away from Calguns for a few months to save me some money and come back and see this bizarre OP.

I built my first AR through PSA on Black Friday last year and had a great experience with them. As it was my first AR, I went through several rounds of research emails with them before I made my purchase. All questions handled quickly, professionally and thoroughly.

My PSA 16" Magpul FDE middie has gone 300+ rounds without a hiccup. I still owe the Centerfire Rifle subforum guys some photos, but I've been doing more shooting than "shooting," if you know what I mean. ;)

Buy with confidence from PSA. I already have plans to buy another upper from them whenever I have the funds.

Now, if they'd only put .223 and 5.56 ammo on sale again! (hint! hint!) Haven't been able to find ammo prices like their Black Friday deals since, well, Black Friday!

I built my AR with a LPK from PSA (the magpul plus kit), as well as the stock (magpul CTR) bits, very nice result.
