Looking in the IE/OC area for a shop that sells 3 packs of stripped lowers. I have found some online but I don't really want to pay the FFL transfer fee/s. AR15 style

Some will discount you if you buy multiple at the same time, but that is up to the shop I believe.

More than one semi auto rifle will get you flagged. Not sure if it matters to you.

Calguns thread on it (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=460703)
ATF Letter (http://www.atf.gov/firearms/industry/072911-qa-multiple-rifles.pdf)
There was discussion around lowers not being part of the requirement since they have no set caliber and may not have a detachable magazine. Not sure where everything ended up.
