Other info:
This is a very nice .22LR bolt action rifle imported for a short time by Winchester. I believe these were made in Russia by another arms mfr, and rebranded by Winchester, but all I can say is that the worksmanship is superb, and its a very accurate and sweet little shooter. The wood is very nice, and the barrel is perfect. I keep it very clean and well lubed. I have about 1500 rounds through it over the past 2 years that I've owned. No problems. Condition is near perfect. Includes three (3) 10 round magazines and one (1) 5 round magazine. The 5 round mag fits flush, and the 10 rounders stick out the bottom a bit. I have the original box still.

I am selling because I find myself wanting to participate in Appleseed more often, and their timed course of fire exercises are quite a bit easier with semi-auto's. For that reason, I am willing to trade this beautiful Wildcat for a nicely tuned Ruger 10/22 (plus cash on my end), or for your Marlin 795 with a stainless barrel. The scope is a Redfield 3x9x40. It is not my intent to include the scope with this deal, but that is negotiable. It's a fairly nice scope, with a nice long eye relief and a bright "Accu-Range" recticle. I am in Yorba Linda, and work not far from John Wayne Airport. This is my first private party sale, but I have bought a few PPT firearms, and have access to an excellent FFL guy.

In response to a PM, yes, I will include the scope rings. The size of the rail mount is a bit odd, and it took a few tries to find rings that fit, so I will include them in the deal.

Okay, well, I paid $160 or so for the scope, so call it $385 for the package deal (not including fees). But includes free rings! LOL. I think you may run into a problem with the 10-day hold factor and your target date. I'm pretty sure you need to go through the DROS process, even for private party transfers? They were made in Russia, but like nwoods said, it is a wonderful shooter. I had to sell mine cause that gun made it too easy to hit anything I wanted. FYI the Marlin 795SS is really the only way to go for a rimfire auto.

Gentlemen, my email host (Fusermail) had some sort of massive service interruption, which they have now resolved. I got quite a few emails and pm notices a short while ago (and hundreds of other emails). Please allow me some time this evening to sort through everything and respond in order of receipt. I will contact you all by the end of the day. Sorry for the inconvenience!
