Is it worth the money getting a C&R FFL and a DOJ COE? All opinions appreciated.

You mean the money you'll be spending once you're no longer 30day restricted?

It depends on the person. If you buy C&R long guns, then you will save a lot since they can be shipped directly to you. For C&R handguns you won't have a waiting period, but it still has to go through a FFL. If you do more than one at a time, then you will save $4 for each additional handgun.
With the C&R FFL and COE, you are also exempt from the 1 in 30 for modern handguns, although you still have the waiting period. This can also save you $4 for each additional handgun transferred at the same time.
But with all this it means that you can buy more firearms, which can cost you more money, but it being worth it is not just about money.
