Why not? If you can legally own it, you can legally carry it with the proper permit.

What makes you think you can't? Just curious

Without a license, no. You are still bound by the same rules as everyone else.

Well I wasn't sure because that gun is not on the CA Approved gun list....wasnt sure if that affected it. Also what if a dealer is selling it and I buy it from a dealer and not an LEO? Would it still be ok to use for my CCW?

I have two pistols not on the Safe Handgun Roster that are listed on my CCW.

Roster is not an issue, at least not in my county.

As an LEO, my duty gun is not on the CA DOJ list. Some of my CCW guns are also not on the list. If I'm OK< then why shouldn't you be.

The list was created to make guns harder to get in CA, and have nothing to do with safety. If it was, they would not make the same guns in different finishes have to be individually tested, and guns would never "fall off" or expire off the list. (You might surmise I don't care for the list...)
