What's with the M1 carbine 15 round mags and the 30 round AR mags?

http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/forms/pdf/Cfl2006.pdf

"It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, cause to be manufactured, import into the
state, keep for sale, or offer or expose for sale, or give or lend, any large-capacity
magazine."

Are these LEO only?

From their sales policy page:

Word around is that Old Sac Armory has a very very very close relationship with Iggy.

Old Sac seems to handle 'cleanup' dispositions for Iggster as an AW permittee when other dealers supposedly run afoul of AW laws. Iggy gave them biz that was legally/rightfully Tabor Shooter's.

I was in there some years ago, and didn't care for it. They had decent stock, but the guy at the counter was a robo-putz. I vowed never to return.

I should ask my explorer commander to buy some high cap mags for when I get my own carbine.

Cough, I mean for our parade rifles.
