Which 380 would you choose out of the following and why?

Ruger 380
Colt Mustang
Sig 238

The Ruger is likely a better pants pocket pistol as it has less edges and protrusions that the Mustang.
The Mustang is far more shootable and better from a holster.
The Sig is a copy of the Mustang.

I vote Sig only because I have one :) My Dad owns an LCP and he likes it.

I know it was not on your list but I carry a Sig 232 in .380 and it is a wonderful piece. Very accurate and feeds well. Finely made gun.

I really liked the 232 that the range I worked at used to rent. Other than that, I don't have a lot of expeience with .380s but, I've got a .380 Hi Point in jail right now.

I vote for the Mustang because I have one. Slim and reliable. Doesn't hurt that it has some collector value.

Ruger 380 LCP! A very reliable and affordable pocket carry.

LCP

Very easy for me to shoot. Don't know why so many people complain about it, and I have some big hangs.

I've had a P230 for many years and have complete confidence in it. But it's not a pocket gun, it really needs a holster.

From the OP's list, I'd go with the LCP for the same reasons noted by [b]ojisan[/i]

Not on list but Kahr P380.
Why?
Not blow back design.
Very accurate.
Super small/light, great for ccw.
After some initial issues, Kahr made it right, now totally reliable.
On my permit, totally trust it and love shooting it.
Approx 1500+ rounds and still love shooting it.

not a pocket gun... but i'd go with w german Sig Sauer P230 or P230SL. for one that i don't own, i'd be interested in having a Seecamp.

I'm a big fan of the Mustang. I've heard nothing but good things about the Sig 230/232 but have never had the opportunity to shoot one.

The Colt .380 Government. Colt Mustang not to bad either.

P238. Much more accurate than the ruger in my opinion and the trigger pull a ton better. I bought and sold the 380 seecamp and can say they are built like tanks and tiny, but kill your trigger finger in the guard. I switched to the Rohrbaugh and prefer it to the others.

I have an LCP and I like it for being as KISS as possible.

Purchased a kahr p380 and shot it for the first time today. Was worried because first round failed to eject. Had one more failure to eject after 80 rounds. Finished out the day with no more issues. Fired 300 rounds, wanted to break it in in one visit. Found it to be very accurate for my ability. It is an expensive gun compared to other .380's but I like the fit and finish and it shoots well. Im happy

Colt.
The Sig is a copy of the Colt, and a good one, so a close second, only because it is a copy.
The Ruger-Well it is cheaper than the others mentioned and it does work, but the trigger sucks.

The 380 is more popular than ever, but it seems like such a lame round. Is the LCP really that much smaller than a Kahr PM9 or J Frame Smith?
