Hello all. I was thinking of buying a FAB10 AR-15 Lower reciever to mate with my 20" upper. I know that the FAB10 is legal in California and comes with a DOJ letter of approval but now i hear that certain so called Off list AR-15 lower recievers are legal as well but these off list lower recievers look like pre-ban receivers with detachable magazines etc. I am confused, I need to know if these off list lower recievers such as the Rock River Arms lower reciever on this web site

http://www.rockriverarms.com/item-detail.cfm?ID=AR0114RRA&storeid=1&image=lwrrcvr.gif&CFID=38500106&CFTOKEN=18424655

Are in fact legal to own in the state of California. Your prompt relies will be appreciated.

search button can be your friend :)
and just check the DOJ AW list if the brand name/model is not on the list then your good to go. Long as you configure the rifle properly when you build it.
