I have read a few write ups on the trigger adjustment, look pretty straight forward. The problem om having is the sear and over travel set screws well not move. I have clean up the treads and still not able to get them to move. Any help would be great.

Take it off the gun and carefully heat the housing with a propane torch to degrade the locktight/vinyl thread locker, dont overheat it, heat/try screws/reheat/retry screws.

Then dissassemble, stone parts, reduce sear/lever width to 2/3rds width, clean, reassembly, lube with light oil, moly on sear surfaces. reinstall in gun and readjust trigger.

Once your done use model paint to seal trigger screws from turning.

yes, the heat treat. It doesnt take much to soften locktite. Try 2-3 seconds at a time with a bic lighter. Take it to just too hot to touch but not much more.if there anything that can be damaged if I heat to long?
