I have a Sig 556 Swat Classic with the folding stock. Since the stock has to be pinned for CA OAL compliance anyway, I want to add a comfortable stock. I added the DDLES adapter so I can use a Mako GL stock (http://www.shop.doublediamondsupply.com/SIG-Stock-Adapter-for-SIG-Rifles-DDSGADTM401.htm) & (http://www.makosecurity.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=GL-SHOCKCP&Category_Code=_stks).

Both of those products say they can use mil-spec or commercial tubes, and I've read that the Mako has a tighter fit with the mil-spec. So with that said, where can I find a tube to use with these products?

Also, I'm thinking I'll need a buffer tube lock nut... anything else?

The conversion uses a standard AR buffer tube, lock ring and lock nut. If you pick a mil spec tube. You should get a mil spec stock. There is a slight difference in buffer tube diameter.

Both the adapter and stock say they'll accept either...

Can anyone recommend a quality tube? I don't even know where to start.
