View Full Version : Normal Cap mag/rifle Permit for non leo/ffls...?

I was thinking today since i don't see any change in the mag capacity laws or "assault rifle" laws changing, and i know that it should be a non issue. since ITS A CIVIL RIGHT. however.....

How would a normal cap mag permit/ a normal configured rifle/handgun permit . Fair out in getting passed. Something like a ccw. every 2-5 years the weapons you want to add to that permit can be used in original config. along with standard mags. The weapons you don't want to add, have to be configured with a bb or featureless etc.
I know none of this should even be considered. But we do live in california. and i was thinking today that maybe this was a way to use our firearms in the way they where designed. im just thinking this because I don't see this state getting better anytime soon.

Our battle is twofold:

1. stop bad laws from getting passed (or they're essentially moot)

2. win thru the Court system given Heller, McDonald and Ezell decisions.

the doj has this all messed up saying you have to have a need for the dangerous weapons permit that will not endanger the public. Gene posted a copy of his denial somewhere online.
