Just bought the P/S Swiss Products Diopter from Grafs. I almost opted for overnight shipping 'cause I just can't wait to get that little beauty in my hands!

Thanks again Latigo to you and your Family for making such cool products! :)

Oh... and AIM is out of stock on GP11 - I just put in an order at Widners, they were a whopping .40 cents a case (480 rounds) cheaper! Now I'm saving the BIG bucks! ;)

I hope you didn't buy them all out by the time I get some spending money again! LOL. I noticed they had a great deal. Samco too, but not as good.

This one might interest you, Blitzer. We always keep the prototypes.
This was the very first prototype of the P/S 1,000 yarder.... in all of
it's un-blued glory.

And this is the first successful Clamp On Muzzle Brake, also un-blued.

And SKSer.......... Don't say anything wierd. She'll make me delete it again! :D

Those are just awesome pics! Thanks!

Something so very cool and so very "All American" about good quality work! I love to see and know people that do a great job, no matter what the job! If it's worth doing - it's worth doing right, right?

And just my opinion, but I think your Sister looks better "in the white", so don't give into temptation and blue her or worse yet - ceracote her ;)

Question... my handle is "Blitzburgh", not Blitzer - although Blitzer is where is came from. How do you know to refer to me as "Blitzer"? Been checking up on me? Are you "The Man"?!?!?!?! :TFH:

Hey Latigo on your sisters rifle what type of sling is that? looks different than the one I have. It almost looks like an M-1 sling from that POV. Its sexy though!

Spent some time up that way, Missoula and Kalispell. Trained for the Forest Service there - jump school.

I only remember things like the sounds of breaking bones and being screamed at by Helicopter pilots hahahaha. But I did enjoy what little time I had away from training poking around up there. Neat place. Lots of trees... I like trees :)

Blitzer is the familiar term in German.
Yep. Lots of trees here in Lost Prairie.
This is out the back door behind the recording studio.

My Sister trying out her first full grown horse that wasn't a pony. This is to the north of the house.

This is to the east of the front door.

This is to the south. Dad breaking a pony to the harness on skiis.

And this is my Sister on one of here supposed "ponies". They were never real ponies, but more like small horses. Even at that age she was a fearless rider and was scraped off her ponies by low tree limbs more than once. Yep. Lots of trees here around the place.

And this is what it looked like earlier today down the driveway to the county road.

Lots of trees, but I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Wow... what a great place to live!

Someday... hopefully sooner than I'm planning for... but someday I'll retire up that way. I just hope it's before I'm to broken down to enjoy it. The broken down part is already happening and fast... thanks to the Forest Service. Oh well... I thought I was a hero, and made $4.51 and hour as a GS2! hahahahahahaha

Is that the man, the myth, and the legend, Pierre St. Marie?

Latigo
02-04-2012, 3:46 AM
 Around here he's plain old Dad.
Forgot to answer for those three things.
The Man: He's old, but we're keeping him anyway.
The Myth: The only thing mythical is him believing Ma doesn't know where his stash of honey coated peanuts are.
The Legend: He's a great story-teller, but Ma still knows where those peanuts are!

Southern California, about 20 minutes from Los Angeles. Nice little town - but still falls under the crazy Kalifornia gun laws :(
