I tried to make an online purchase a couple of days ago. When I tried to sign in I kept getting a message that there was no account associated with that log-in name. When you switched to the new website, was the old account info not imported? Do I have to create a new account?

Also, you send out email specials almost daily. I went to your website to purchase the Federal Champion 9MM ammo that was advertised at $9.99, but found the price listed as $10.49 instead.

Because of these two problems, I purchased my ammo from another website. Please correct these problems. I have purchased a lot ammo from you in the past and wish to continue doing so.

I left a message through your website "Contact Us" feature, but have not received a response. Hopefully, you will respond to one or both of these messages.

Yes, you will need to make a new account since we use new software. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I will let them know about the e-mails with the incorrect price. Thanks for your feedback.
