The owner of that gun emailed me, apparently it's just a plain 870p stock set. New ones seem to pop up from time to time on ebay.

Yep, ebay or www.shotgunworld.com are the places to look. Nice-looking wood like that will cost extra...

You can usually find the parts on ebay, but that is unfancy utility grade walnut.

This guy (http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZpoppy-dogQQhtZ-1) has brand-new walnut LE 870 stock sets (with the good R3 pads) fairly regularly, and he sells them for $25. I've bought 3 sets from him and they've all been just as advertised. Here's a pic of one of them on my 870.

Personally I like the way the new laminated stocks look on the standard 870 express

I've been thinking about getting one for when I bring friends out shooting and cutting down an old barrel to keep on it at home.

That does look nice, but I prefer the look of wood with no grain.

That is a great price on good-looking wood like that. I don't even have an 870 and I'm tempted to buy a set!

I swapped out the wood on my 870 soon after I bought it cuz it looked cool. Nope didn't like it. Put the wood back on and Ebayed the syth stuff.
BTW them 870s are tough SOBs! I dropped mine down a rocky hillside and it even got run over by my buddy's truck when quail hunting in the desert.
Only some chips and scratches on the wood to show for it. Gotta be the AK47 of pump shotguns.
In comparison, my mossberg sorta just fell apat all by itself after 2 years of light use.

as you can probably see, there are a couple nicks on the stock, but overall it's in very good condition
