Well It started out to be a budget build and as it sits right now. I have some good components and am sitting under $1k... Above $950 :p. I could have skipped some of the trick stuff and made it even more KISS.

JD Upper, 7" Wilson barrel, YHM handguard = CGN Marketplace
RRA Mil Spec BCG
BCM Gunfighter Mod 3 CH
PWS Pistol Tube - RRA carbine spring and buffer
Spikes Battle Trigger
TDS quick disconnect sling (PWS tube has a built in sling point)
Phase 5 Winter Trigger Guard and Ext Bolt Release
Magpul MOE and 10/20 Pmag
Raddlock

Still need a top rail and iron sights

I got the 80% from Seesm and he let me machine it on his mill. If anyone in the Auburn area wants to do a 80, give Seesm a call.

She looks like my baby girl's twin. I like the new Phase 5 EBR without the green divot for the logo.

As it sits $970, I splurged on some higher priced parts. I saved by scoring a deal on the upper (minus bcg) for 250! I got the RRA BCG for 80 on a daily deal from www.vtsupply.com I highly recommend VTS, great prices and good service. Though they didn't draw a pic of a monkey fighting a shark on the box!

Its a good trigger, better than GI, about the same pull, just cleaner with minor creep and no over travel. It doesn't compare to my RRA NM 2 stage. I fired a few rounds last night and she ran without any problems. Need to get her fully broken in, though.

What is that gadget on the bolt catch...??

Extended bolt release, allows me to use my trigger finger to release the bolt.
