hello
just want to know if anyone has a picture of loading a fixed magazine
in a AR15 rifle. Just want to see if the procedure is not so painstaking
to keep reloading that way so I can decide to go fixed magazine with
"evil" features or detachable. Just worried about breaking
down the rifle in half so much could possibly mess up a rifle..

Buy a Bullet Button or wait for my PIN-MAG-LOCK.

Then you can drop your mags with confidence and still have a PG.

You can only use 10 round mags but its easier than running a totally fixed mag.

It won't.

You really should get a bullet button. I top-loaded for awhile before the BB came out, and I would never, ever, go back to that.

BB was like discovering stuffed crust pizza and online pizza coupons at the same time.

i'm building a AR10 308 which uses DPMS magazines..
are bullet buttons workable on those magazines or do i need to
modify the dpms magazine?

I don't have an AR10 so wait for Sam or someone to chime in, but it should be the exact same mag catch/button. Should work just fine.

YES the button part of both of our locks is the same the catch however may be longer. but If you have the AR10 you will have the catch anyhow so its a no brainer.

What's your ETA on getting those out Sam? BTW I have to ask, I assume these aren't going to be all shiny SS like your current mag lock are they? It'd be nice if they were in a finish that doesn't stand out so much.

www.tenpercentfirearms.com has the Bullet Button. It is made by a Calguns forum member, Prince50. It is great - I have 2 of them!

Well to tell ya the truth hopefully no but they will be stainless steel just like the Original locks we made.
And we are looking for a place to do a black oxide finish on the outside of the lock.
