Thanks, I saw that place. I was wondering if anyone knew of another vendor who sold those kits online.

Virgil Tripp built a 1911 for a buddy of mine. Pure Perfection

I ordered two kits for my Kimber 7rd mag and a Colt 7 rd mag. It did not work for the Colt mag. because the follower is a bit large (or the Colt mag. is too narrow). For the Kimber mag., the spring was not pushing the follower up enough (or the folower was just tilting a bit too much toward the front, so it is not pushing the slide release up enough and a slight bump to the gun will cause the slide to return to battery.
To be fair, I should try them on my Wilson 47D and CMC Power Mag and see if they work properly. Give me a couple of days and I will post the results.

Wolff springs did the trick for my Kimber mags and CMC mags. The slide catch engages completely now..

I just installed the upgrade kit in Wilson 47D and CMC Power mags. They are functioning fine with dummy rounds and holding the silde back without any problem. It would be better to test them in the gun.
