I drove the pin out from the inside of the receiver.

1. take the reciever out of the stock.
2. there is a pin that you need to punch out from the top of the guide through the reciever.
3. using a rubber small hammer knock the guide to the side
4. replace guide and pin

THANK YOU!

What's the story with the old clip guide?? If it's useable, you want to sell it?? I am missing mine. I had replaced it with the scope mount side threaded one from Springfield Armory and when I sold that mount, I couldn't remember what I did with the original one.

Ammo was somtimes carried in 5 or 10 round stripper clips...this the clip guide. You can pick a USGI at the Northridge Booth at CrossRoad gun show for $15

The Scope mount I bought at the gunshow was crap! (Cartridge clip was metal was soft and not cut right). Should hav just bought one from Springfield. Just trying to save some money and will end up spending more...:(
