Any comments or suggestions... I just bought "Tetra Gun Lubriciant" but it goes on very thick, almost like honey! Seems to leave a hazy film on the pistol. A few days after application in bore wet spots appear, almost like droplets of oil or water in bore. Is this normal? I'm used to Hoppes or other thinner oils plus use Rig on the rails.

that stuff is great, but only for slide rails and trigger parts. the bbl gets reg light oil, CLP cleaner lube oil, or the like.

tetra is a good grease, but a bad rust preventative.

I use tetra gun grease on my rails and CLP for everything else

FP-10. Thick goopy stuff is fine for extended rage sessions, but I wouldn't use anything other than oil for carry.
