To start, I got a Spike's Tactical stripped lower ($100) locally, now its time to get on the web and collect the rest of it!

I was careful to get a stripped lower with "multi" caliber on it.

I did plan on building my upper but found a great deal on [almost] exactly what I wanted that was already assembled!

If anybody has experience with the company Adams Arms please let me know before I dump 600...

Trigger suggestions, It is NOT a DMR or anything special and I have installed a trigger from scratch before.

I plan to deck it out with Mapgul MOE, grips stock foregrip etc.
Here is what it looked like (a little wonky due to ar15builder.com being not 100% perfect, ie the foregrip is backwards...)

The optic I found was the Burris AR-332. a 3x mag with red/green and black etched recticle. Found what appear to be a few versions, all for around 300 dollars.

Well thats about it, any parts kits out there for a lower that come highly recomended?

Any and all input appreciated!

That upper is good to go. Adams Arms has good products and great customer service IF repairs are needed. Palmetto State Armory has a decent LPK for around $50.

How did you DROS that lower? If it's stripped, most likely it was processed as a rifle and you won't be able to build it as a pistol.

Did all the paperwork for the lower in Georgia, no plans to make it a pistol.
I do need to find a bullet button, thats gonna be annoying

He's not build a pistol. He's building a piston rifle.

Let me know what you think!

Turns out the Magpul stock that was really expensive includes a buffer tube, so it costs a bit more but is worth it from what I read
