I will get more pics up as I recieve them.

I need some help identifying what I am purchasing out of state. First I know it does not have a BB. I am thinking of going featureless with this one when the time comes to ship. The seller has no idea on the history of the rifle. He says he recived it in new condition and rifle has been newly parkerized.

here is the description from seller.

Romania AK47 762x39 rifles are entirely manufactured of all NEW parts. These rifles exceed featureless minimum 922R, six U.S. made parts compliancy requirements with the following, brand NEW, U.S. made parts installed: featureless RAZR muzzle brake with integral flash hider; polymer Tapco buttstock; ergonomic Hogue Industries pistol grip; Tapco single hook G2 trigger group (3 parts); 30 round, double stack Promag, black polymer magazine; and Tapco AK retaining plate for ease of install and take down.

Overall Length: 36"; Barrel: NEW Chrome-lined, 16.25" long, 1:10 twist rate with four lands and grooves, right hand twist, ; Weight, Unloaded w/out Bayonet: 6 lbs; Action Type: Semi-automatic; Caliber: 7.62x39mm; Magazine: 30 round, double stack; Rear Sight Type: RPK type sight graduated to 1000 meters in 100 meter increments.

Fully CNC machined steel scope mounting rails, heat-treated, stamped receiver to military specifications, light-weight aluminum quad rails with removable rubber quad rail covers and a removable trigger plate.

Everything looks to be parkerized not just painted with a paint can. Houge grip fits like a glove and the Quad handrails really puts these over the top as far as AK's go.. These will take any metal AK mag..

Pretty generic description.

I notice the lines are different from a usual AK in that the front sight/gas block is from a AK pistol. I do not know much on this new venture, any help is appreciated.

Now my questions are
1. Is the gas block functional on this 16" BBL? I dont not want a undepenable AK. Will accuracy/POA be effected by the shortend sight radius?

2. (I know, I do not have any other pictures yet)What kind of build this is? Is a quality build?

3. I am thinking this might be a parts kit AK??

Thank you
UPDATE : Thanks everyone with your help and and more searching it is identified as a m10 762 imported by M&M LLC . From youtube and online reviews I got a great deal. Here is what its gonna look like...A little " Galil" looking, I like it! I need to find a Galil charging handle/bolt carrier for the AK now, and Darn if I didnt just get rid of my Troy rail covers! I am pretty sure that tapco FH is pinned, so much for featureless. Now to find a local FFL who isnt afraid to accept incoming Ak's
Update OH YEAH!! V47!

You may still have a 922(r) issue.

You can't import the 30rd magazine, and if that magazine is used for the parts needed for compliance, then the build will still may need to have the gas piston changed out if imported 10rd mags are used.

The gas block itself is not a problem and should function reliably, but the problem is this was a build based on a virgin barrel.
Without knowing who the builder was, there's no way of knowing if the gas port was sized properly.

that looks like the gasblock /front sight off a draco. as for functionality, the gas block is in the same position on any other 16 inch ak. as far as the sight radius, ya it is shorter. will it be less accurate, yes, but its an ak, not a bench rifle.
as far as the parts count, a non sporting firearm must have LESS than 10 imported parts. if you take out a mag does it add parts? now if you put an imported mag IN the rifle, you would have just given the rifle 3 MORE imported parts, which is when you will get into trouble with the law. so as long as there is either a US made mag, or no mag at all, its kosher

922(r) shouldn't be an issue, the grip (1), stock (1), FCG (3), and brake(1) are enough to comply.

Looks like the same one being sold from classic arms for 499.

Not bad, Id swap out the quad rail for something I could mount optics on personally. Looks like UTG but on my tiny laptop so cant read the writing on it.
