Hi Cg

Picked up my "new" to me 80's P220 :)

And was wondering about the 10 round magazines available for them?
I see that there are the Megcar's and the factory ones.

The aftermarket have a shroud at the bottom part that sticks out ~ was wondering what the factory ones are like?

If any one has any pics & or links, it would be appreciated!

TIA

Don't get the cheap ones (Promag). FTF about half the times I use it. If you're just plinking, I guess it would alright. No way I would trust it with my life.

Stay away from the promag. stick to mec-gar and factory sig. I have used the act-mag/novak in my p220st they have failed me too many times i care to think about, good for failure drills though :p.

Many people have said good things about the novak/act-mag so it may be just a fluke. I have had to sand the sides of the followers just to make them feed/move up freely, and all seem to fail to hold the slide stop open. I do plan on replacing the springs with wolff +10 springs. I'm hoping that it fixes the problem. I do own 6 of them.
