So my wife came into some money recently and has presented me with a perplexing question. Between a new gun or a new safe. Below are my options i have come up with. I am having a real hard time deciding. My safe is full. Give me some input guys.

1. National Security Magnum 40 Safe
2. Finish my Ferret 50 BMG. Yes it is registered.
3. LMT 308.
4. GAP Rifle

If im missing something from the list let me know.

Lol @ Ferret 50. Don't you know these lovable creatures are banned in CA too?

Ya finish the 50 then get it stolen or buy a safe and finish the 50 later... tough call.

Always go for the gun. Personally Ide get the GAP. You can always bury the guns in the meantime while you save the the safe lol.

National Security is a bad to the bone safe!
It would depend on what I had & what I needed.
The safe seems like the most expensive, So I would go that route while the wife is on the line.

Get the safe, It's not the coolest route but it's the best route. Alot of people make the mistake of having lots of guns and not having them in a secure spot, then they cry when their guns are stolen.

Avoid the "no it won't happen to me" mentality.

I vote for the safe too. You can always fill it up later.

Get the safe. A guy always needs room for more guns and ammo. But we all tend to put off buying a safe, or buying one big enough.

Safe, you'll agree 100% when you know your guns/ whatever are secured

If possible, get the magnum 50!
You will outgrow the 40 in no time.

ANYTHING BUT THE SAFE. Buy more guns and save the safe-purchase
for later. You don't have enough guns to worry about yet, IMHO.

Ferret BMG can't be replaced... protect it with the safe?

New gun. Because after you buy it, you can tell her you don't have enough room in your current safe and you need a bigger one.

Oh, what a terrible decision. You should have a safe, but if you just can't stand to buy the safe instead of a rifle then I'd get a FN SCAR 17 before any of those rifles. Then go down to Home Depot and buy a Ridgid 48" job box.

http://www.homedepot.com/buy/tools-hardware-tool-storage-tool-storage-workstations-jobsite-storage/ridgid-48-in-x-24-in-storage-chest-190856.html

Stand the box on end and bolt it to the wall and floor. Buy the recommended locks (Master #5 I think) and you'll have a reasonable storage cabinet until you get a good safe.
