Uhhhh, if it's stripped then it's already CA compliant. There's nothing extra for you to do.

 100% MIL - SPEC
 Hard anodized 8625 F finish
 Marked .223/5.56
 7075-T6 aluminum
 Accepts mil-spec buffer tube
M4 feed ramps
