Can you add long guns to a DROS after your initial purchase?
I am looking to pick up a couple lowers, hunting rifle, and I am expecting a shotgun as a gift for Christmas. Do I have to wait to DROS them all together? Or, can I do them separately over a period of time?

I don't fully understand your question, but you can add to your dros only for long guns. So for example, say your dros'ed a shotgun, 2 days later you can add a lower, then 4 days later you can add a rirfle, and at the 10 day mark you can add whatever, and pick them all up.
Some ffl's will not let you do this, Martin B Retting will let you add on to your dros and pick them all up at the 10 day mark.

sweet. that is exactly the answer i was looking for...
i am looking to pick up two lowers from the internet, but also i am planning on getting a hunting rifle in a few weeks. add in the shotgun for christmas, i am just trying to avoid paying for 4 DROSs.
so, so long as i can get them all together within the 10 day background check period, i should be good.
