Is it legal to put a Bullpup stock on a rimfire? That 30'inch rule doesn't apply to rimfires? Anyone know?

Bullpup and other 'evil features' are just fine, rimfires are exempt from SB-23. As to overall length, I don't know off the top of my head, and I've got class shortly so I'll let someone else answer that one.

26 inches, it only has to meet federal guidelines,

the limit of 30 inches only applies to semi automatic centerfire rifles in CA.

If I set up my Ruger 10/22 with an Evolution Stock system like these: http://www.rbprecision.com/id72.htm I will be california legal?

If rimfires are exempt the "Evil" features I want my set up to be like the Evolution Stock.
