Yes, they do exist...I didn't save the link so now I can't find it

It was a cool little part that let you screw an AR grip directly onto an AK...It was $9.00 if I remember right.

Made me think: Would be cool for people that have a MonsterMan Grip and want to use it on an AR *AND* an AK, or they sell the AR and keep using the MMG on their AK, etc.

Anyone else see this cool product? I didnt save the link and I can't find it now :(

That would be a great idea. I never even thought of something like that. Let me know if you find it.

I believe it was either injection molded, or machined nylon stock...

I just saw it on Friday, I found the link while looking for folding stocks for Mossbergs, but I didn't bookmark it *doh*

It sorta looks like a horse-shoe shape IIRC, I believe it screws to the AK pistol grip stud and then has a 1/4-20 thread for your AR grip to attach to it...

Ill search onward  :D

I have successfully modified the injection molded AR MMG to fit AK's. Anyone can do it. All you have to do is trip the fin and the tabs. The angle of the AK screw requires you to have to rotate the grip a little. That is why you have to trim the two tabs.

The only thing that is not great is there is a gap between the grip and trigger guard. Other than that it is a great way to make a temp grip while the new grips are being designed.

What a coincidence, I just got two of those in the mail. For some reason though, the grip seems to end up a bit far back, leaving a gap between it and the trigger guard. This puts too much distance between the trigger and your hand, which is uncomfortable for your trigger finger. I haven't really looked into it yet but I might be able to tweak it a bit.
