Can anyone post pics of their Leupold (doesn't have to be tho) 33mm and 40mm on their AR setup? I would like to see if the 40mm is too large and doesn't look right. Thanks

Not a real Mark 4 but a very good copy.

40mm is the way to go. 33mm just looks plain wrong. Here is my AR with a 40mm Leupold,

If you have a 16" rifle, the 40 mm is the way to go. But if you have a 20" barrell or longer, greater than 40 looks much better. As far as asthetics, the 40 mm is the way to go.

hmm that looks pretty cool on a 16''. I was thinking about going with a red dot system but now I'm having second thoughts. How much is a good 40mm?

Thanks guys. Did you all have to use Xtra high rings?

Used Larue 1.5 and 1.93 SPR mounts.... For 50 mm and greater objectives, recommend to use 1.5" and higher mounts.
