BCM 14.5" standard mid length upper receiver with a Daniel Defense 9.0 (mid length) LITE rail and a pinned/fixed PWS FSC556. This upper receiver is NOT an SBR, the barrel has the PWS FSC556 drilled through the FSC556 and into the threading of the barrel where a pin is dropped in place and welded over to prevent the FSC556 from being removed by normal means. Since the FSC556 is fixed in place as such, it is considered permanent and therefor part of the barrel, making the overall length of the barrel just over 16" and therefor legal and not a SBR. This process does not damage the barrel or threading of the barrel or cause any negative impact, and it can still be removed by a professional gunsmith and substituted for any other muzzle device, so long as it can be attached in the aforementioned fashion and the overall length of the barrel is 16" or greater with the device affixed to the barrel "permanently."
This upper has between 400 and 500 rounds through it and is in good condition. The front sight sling swivel has been removed, and the upper DOES NOT come with a BCG. A BCM charging handle is included, the charging handle is a regular charging handle from BCM, NOT one of the BCM GUNFIGHTER charging handles
This exact upper with the additional $109.00 install for the PWS FSC556.
The upper is $888.00 before shipping in this configuration brand new from BCM, I am asking $675 shipped, here is the upper pictured:
