pretty gnarly stuff in there - It was reccomended to me by a ski instructor before I went through the Chilean Mountain course... I'm glad I watched it after I graduated, cause it would have psyched me out before hand.

The book is definitely worth reading.

This one was great. There is another one for rent that is good as well. One of the guys falls into a crevasse and has to crawl down the mountain with two broken legs by himself after his partner left him for dead.

Thats one face thats claimed many lives... The Norwand on the Eiger is famous for that....

To the Limit is a cool documentary on rock climbing, two brothers hit the crag hard on a speed attempt.

I saw this "push it to the limit" mentality at the dropzone. Eventually some paid the big price. If you push it long enough and hard enough its almost 100% that pay the price.

Watched this on Netflix awhile ago. Great film that just has you cringing almost the whole time.

The fact the guy made it down the mountain surprises me and that his buddies were still there even more!

I was thinking that one of my college instructors should of watched it prior to her decision to climb Mt Shasta alone and she fell. I heard she actually broke her neck but thankfully did not have any paralysis or lingering problems from it.

Umm, isn't that one called touching the void?
