Hi All,

SMGC needs volunteers to show up and inventory the Targetry for next years needs. We need to determine if we have sufficient stocks of XTC, MR and F Class targets as well as pasters, ties, spindles, ect.

We also need a few Members to show up and get the roof on the Pistol Box.

Both tasks should take less than three hours if we can get enough people.

Time and Date: 0900 hrs. Saturday the 5th of November.

Many hands make light work.

Range 103 is not available for access this weekend so we will work on the Pistol Box at R102 instead.

This is to be clear, we will not be working at R103 this Saturday, we will be next door at R102. Meeting time will still be 0900 hrs.

Thank you for your attention and anticipated assistance this Saturday.

Be sure to wear clothes that can get Tar on them and bring gloves.

Thank you,
SMGC BoD

Is the work party on tomorrow rain or shine? Weather is looking rainy right now.

To All the folks that came out and participated in the last two work parties, MANY THANKS!

Because of your participation we have accomplished repairs that were crucial to the programs we sponsor at SMGC!

Without your assistance, the inadequate storage conditions would have destroyed the Targetry that is inseparable from our operations and we would be dead in the water; not to mention the costs that would be incurred to resupply and start back up!

Your dedication to the Club will assure that the materials we utilize will be protected for many years to come and will allow the Club to utilize our meager resources as efficiently as possible.

Good job and well done!
