I'm looking into buying an AK-47 for the first time. My budget is between $600-$800. . I would really like a Polytech Legend pre-ban:wub: but I think that might be out of my price range. I would like a well built reliable AK. I Just not sure which manufacturer to go with? Ive done a little research and I'm interested in one with the following specs if possible.

-7.62x39mm
-Milled receiver
-16" Chrome lined barrel
-Unsure about black synthetic or classic wood furniture?
-Blue or Parkerized finish?
-slant break attachment?

Just an all around durable/reliable AK for a reasonable price and from a dealer that wont rip me off:facepalm:.

I appreciate any suggestions/feedback or info. Thank You.

welcome to calguns. as for the ak47 you might want to try to build one! alot of the milled ak47 are selling for around 1000+ i have been told the only diffrence between milled is that it will last 3 life times as the stamped recivers will only last 2 lifetimes. check out the fourms depending were you live there are a few good shops that sell ak47 in your price range.
