Proof on Paper

Could someone please direct me to where I could find the actual document that could be handed to a police officer stating that the the AR/AK type rifle law(I believe that is Cat 2 AWs) is no longer valid. I know at one time there was a post that had all the info/paperwork to print out and accompany an OLL, but I can not locate it. Thanks in advanced
