.........and am sure glad I did! I Should of joined a couple years ago but instead went the Mosin-Nagant and SKS route. I picked it up today after 10 long excrutiating days lol. But anyways looking forward to shooting more of this fine rifle.

P.S. Got to give a shoutout to fellow calguns member lostil-found. He saw my ad on here for a Saiga 7.62x39 rifle and we were able to meet up for the transfer. Thank you for a great transaction!

PSS sorry no gun porn. Just picture a unconverted Saiga :).

I just began DROS on my 7.62 yesterday. I think that J&G sale has made a bunch of new anxious Saiga owners on the forum.

I hope J&G can keep those competetive prices on the Saiga's. I'll be looking again by next year. I'm hooked lol. Geez, takes less time than cleaning my yugo SKS! I dont look forward to shooting it now lol.

Ordered a 5.45x39 from J&G Thursday night. Gonna DROS it on Tuesday.

That $299 Saiga is the gateway drug to full on AK addiction. I can just feel it.

I got one from J&G, the 7.62. Got 8 more days to wait before picking it up.
Total cost was $415 after shipping, FFL and dros, still not bad. Some places around here sell them for over $200 more with out tax and dros, an arm and two legs.

Very cool. Makes it easier for us people that dont have the means to press a front retainer on.

$299 saiga sounds nice, but what's the real cost after paying for shipping and an FFL?

Shipping to the Sac area was $15.00. Found an FFL to do the transfer for $50.00. That's $25 for him and $25 for CA. so my total is $365.
