With the new unintended consequences of making C&R .50 BMG rifles legal in California, when is Barrett going to come out with a commemorative .50? Perhaps a Serbu Mark Leno commemorative .50 BMG, too?

C&R .50 BMG rifles have always been legal in California. And currently a California C&R FFL can have a C&R .50 BMG rifle that is over 50 years of age shipped right to their door.
It's just that starting in 2014 California C&R FFLs who also have a COE will be able to have C&R .50 BMG rifles that are less than 50 years old (if such a thing is ever added to the C&R list) shipped right to their doors.
And let's not forget there are rifles chambered in other .50 caliber flavors that are perfectly legal.
