Big 5 has the Remington "Security", which looks just like an 870 express with 7+1, synthetic for $319.99

$350 priced from $419

then add $30 manufacturer's rebate

$320 + tax & DROS

I figure if they'll accept either a 10% e-team coupon or 10% for a new email at e-team for my "next store purchase", this might be a decent price.

Any opinions?

Sounds like a good price to me. You're getting down into Mossy 500 combo price range there (another good choice for a low cost quality shotgun by the way)

They wont accept that coupon for firearms or ammo, I've tried. Well, at least in Redding.

the coupon for 10% off sale price on guns is on the thread "BIG 5 Coupon GOOD 9/30 only." it also offers 15% off a regular priced gun. 1 gun only; per the coupon.

the thread is in the section of "General gun discussions." same section as this thread.
