KVAR has black ones, I know Valkyrie Arms has one of the Bulgy Slings from KVAR in stock for $15 but they are in Milpitas. It would be worth it just to check out all the cool AK's they have in stock :)

I bought this one from here:
http://www.soviet-propaganda.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=98

Unfortunately they're sold at the moment though, but they do restock every so often.
I'm not home right now otherwise I'd take a pic of how it looks on my converted saiga.

You want a legit AK sling, or just A Sling? I run a Magpul MS2. I have it as a single-point off a Vltor stock tube, but sometimes I'll go two-point. I tied off some paracord from the forward sling loop and it works great.

I really like IDF slings for my ak's. For the sidefolders i use the soviet ones, but on fixed stocks i really like the IDF sling. * they are cheap too

In that case I really do like the MS2 a lot, and you can get a single-point setup without having to use a Vltor tube with one of those sling loops that goes between the pistol grip and receiver.

What is the price for your slings?
And what type would you reccomend for a bulgy74 fixed stock to help with steadying the rifle while shooting?

Yea, its pretty cool, has the HK snap hooks on it also, adjustable middle section and overall length. Im thinking sooner or later Im gonna have to pick up a M1A or Garand and have her make one up for it. I just dont do any distance shooting with my AK.

Thinking about doing something similar, but the loop will be off the front swivel only, so you wont need a 3rd mounting point.

Im doing about 100 at the longest. My distance vision is F'ed can barely see a 8" plate at that distance. I normaly am doing run and gun stuff, not shootin groups.

Ive never got to do no run n gun with target shooting but I also dont shoot for groups too much its more of making sure I can hit my intended target at medium range and closer.

Zfields,
Great looking slings, how are they comfort wise? Never used a paracord slig before. Think it would go pretty good with my saiga

Pretty good. We have a extra wide (2") version now also for heavy rifles which REALLY helps. We hope to be doing some padded versions also.

BTW I dont make them, but Ill let my GF know, shes slaving away working on a couple for an order right now.

Toss me a PM if you want one, Were doing a 10% calguns discount, but paypal cart wont work with it.

Lol nice cuervo.
In seriousness I've used both the IDF and original ak style sling both work well. You could also find either on ebay I found my IDF sling on there, but don't know how ebay is doing these days.
