As we all know the main stream media has not been forth coming in reporting on this scandal. I would like to help inform my friends and relatives about this and would like to find a good link with great summary of the issue that my non gun friends and relatives can read and get properly educated on the whole thing. I spoke to my wife's aunt about it and she hadn't heard anything about it but was genuinely interested in researching it but digging through the threads on calguns is probably not in the cards.

Also, the National Rifle Association has been on top of this story from the beginning. Chris W. Cox, the NRA’s chief lobbyist now says, “It would be a serious miscarriage of justice if no one is held accountable for this deadly scandal. The President and his Justice Department cannot run away from this. The NRA will make sure that every member, hunter, gun owner, and indeed every American, knows the truth about this reckless operation.”

Hopefully the NRA will be able to get some of the brainwashed media to pick up more on this story. Unfortunately too many reporters deem the NRA to be "the gun lobby" rather than an organization for responsible gun owners.

I suspect that this will be swept under the rug and some mid level scapegoats will pay a partial price for this tragic operation. The big outlets in the media seems fully complicit in trying to make this disappear.
