most new gen 4 glocks sold under the single shot exemption are sold in stores just above the $600 range.

The store I bought my Gen 4 G22 from sells all their Gen 4's for $575 and all their Gen 3's for $500.

GEN 4 9/40/357's go for around $600-$700 through a dealer SSE conversion. The 45/10mm Glocks always cost $50-$75 more than the 9/40/357 models, so you should probably be able to get atleast $700 for it. PPT saves the buyer from paying sales tax too.

I'm one of the "chosen ones", I got mine from Ed's Public Safety for $450.

Yeah, but 90% of the guys here in the People's Republik of Kalifornistan live by different rules. The cheapest GEN 3 G21 I've seen at a dealer in CA was $575, and there aren't any hoops to jump through for the GEN 3's.

 459 is blue label glock. Expect to sell it 600-650. The 45acp version costs more than the 9mm/40sw

You are going to some crappy dealers. Ive seen them for 500 pretty often.

That is WAY below dealer cost on Gen 4's and STILL way below dealer cost on Gen 3.

please show me! you must be mistaken for 9mm/40sw glock. They are cheaper than 45acp models.

Again, this is The People's Republik of Kalifornistan, NOT your beloved Texas, and again, we live by an entirely different set of rules.

Most places sell NIB 3rd gen G21's for $550 and up.

If you are seeing them often for $500 for NIB then those are really good deals.

From a dealer a Gen 4 Glock 21 would have to be sold as SSE in california. Many shops won't even do that type of sale. I think for any SSE in Cali you sould expect to pay more than retail. In the case of a Gen 4 at a shop in california I would expect to pay between $600-$700 plus the normal fees. I know brand new these come with 3 mags. Gen 3 only has 2 mags. I paid $620 plus fees for my Gen 4 G21 for your reference.

One last thing you should know that many firearms, whether on roster or not, cost more in CA than other states. I am not a dealer but I suspect its becuase distributers charge more to cover some CA crappy gun tariff. I love this state and hope to die here but it hates guns.

Both G21 Gen4's were shot? what's the round count? G21's tend to be a bit higher in price than G17's and G22's

Be very careful before listing, alot of these guys are giving you quotes/appraisals based on what THEY want to pay and not what the guns are actually worth.

Bad timing. I just bought mine via SSE in San Diego for 660. I guess I had to have one. You will have an easy time selling them. :)

Nice plug. If your Glock SSE's start at $575, I assume that's for 9/40/357 models, what do you sell the GEN 4 G21's for?

This was when I lived in CA.

Local dealer had 21s for 500, and some RTF 9mm for the same price. He was also probaly one of the most down to earth dealers Ive ever seen. Mainly was a cop shop, but this wasnt LEO pricing only.

and your right, the other dealer I was thinking of, it was 550 for the 21s.

Thanks for all the feedback, they are both unfired and new in box. I'm still unsure if I want to sell them or keep them.

Thanks, I just figured since this thread is about GEN 4 G21's, your GEN 4 G21 price is more relevant than your price for a GEN 4 G17. Still not too shabby for the 21 though.

You must really be racking your brain around trying to figure out the best possible price to sell them for or if you wanna keep them. How about you kindly give them to me? ... Problem solved, right? :p

Really though, 21's go for $50+ more than the rest... no matter what Gen we look at.

I "only" have one, and it shoots great. You should keep one.
