Full rail or half rail?
The full rail is the only one on the roster, unless your Leo of course.
$1500 is a very good price for a new one, even used ones fetch $1500.

Just have to see after taxes and DROS Fees if you come out ahead.

Do you have to pay taxes for guns purchased online from out of state?

The TRP without the rail is on the roster too

You're glad your not shooting your gun? How is that something to be glad about? Shot or unshot, they're worth about the same.

hahahaha that's awesome just picked up mine from Turner's they gave me a smoking deal @ 1599.00 normally its on sale for 1699.00 but I've bought 20 guns the last years from them and they treat me right. Went in there to pick up a Kimber Raptor II and bam the dude showed me a TRP Operator, been wanting one but never came across one at a good price, but today I couldn't pass it up! I'm glad I'm not the only one whooped over SA's TRP!

In the $1800 bracket I would be looking elsewhere.... Not bashing the TRP, but in that price range I think one could do better in a 1911.

Nice gun, good deal. Your FFL is only required to charge sales tax if it comes from a company. If you bought if from an individual they don't have to. But it is not always easy to tell whether the seller was an individual or business. A lot of people make themselves out to be a business when they are not to increase the odds of the sale. Not realizing buying from an individual would be better from a tax standpoint.
