My grail gun since getting a Smith 1006 has been getting a Les Baer 1911 in 9mm. Does anyone in the Bay Area have a SSE sled for a 1911 in 9mm? Thanks all!! Sammy

Tehehehe, why does this sound so inappropriate? Anywhoo, post an add in the WTB section with your location and that might give you better odds.

Valkyrie Arms is the only place in the bay area, and it's my favorite shop regardless. The sticky lists every SSE dealer by location...

Disregard what Cyc Wid It said. He doesn't know what he's talking about.
Oh, wait. Yes he does. :D

Sammy:

I just ordered a RIA Tac in 9mm with Valkyrie last week. Looking at 2 weeks for the pistol to come in, then DROS + 10 waiting days. :)

Hey, how much did that RIA set you back? I'm considering getting one as my backup HD gun. It's a tossup between that or a CZ SP01. But the CZ has a unknown wait time atm. Good to hear its not that long of a wait to get tactical RIA's ordered in.

Thanks for the help. I have a call into Valkyrie to see if they can help me out. What a great forum.

Yeah I want to know too, how much are the transfer fees as well? Do they charge extra for the SS conversion?

I was in Metal Dog Tactical ( San Jose ) last week and they had a RIA Tactical full rail .45 SSE in the display case. They said they would have the 9mm SSE setup in a few weeks.
