Not BS, your IP addresses resolve to Italy, look up something called 'ITAR' International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
It applies not only to firearms but to many parts and accessories.

which of the ones listed in this thread are applied to?

i've just checked on "opticsplanet", the X300 and ameriglo sights can be shipped to Italy...none of these items are under ITAR...that post now really seems bull****...spam at least.
is it possible to have that pointless post deleted?

I just checked Surefire's website, and it does not say the X300 is ITAR controlled. Still might want to shoot them an email to be sure.

Not sure about the night sight though.
