Took my brand new AR out to the range today and performed flawlessly... One issue I did notice is when I pull the charging handle all the way back, the bolt still has to come back an 1/8th on an inch for the bolt catch to engage and hold the bolt back, I can reach my finger in and push back on the bolt and it engages... When the last shell casing ejects from the mag the bolt catch holds the bolt open about half the time... anyone experience this or any suggestions?

So the bolt isn't going back all the way inside of the carrier.... umm let me think this over a bit. The extractor arm may be bent out causing it to be like a brake... IDK...

What stock do you have on it? If A2 style, the bolt in the back could be too long. If a colapasable like a Magpull, the charging handle can hit the plastic part sometimes and not ride over it. Or a faulty buffer tube, reguardless of style.
