After holding the Scar 17s I fell in love with it and want to get one. I was interested in trying 3 gun as well. Is there a way to change it so that I could turn it into a detachable magazine or would I just be SOL with all the "evil" features?

Thanks
Brett

can be done,

stock has to be fixed to neither fold or collapse, after that use a fin grip or similar
and you are GTG. No flash hider to worry about.

VLTOR was supposed to come out with a stock adapter for the SCAR that can use AR type stocks. If it ever hits the market I think it would be ideal for a featureless set up that could easily be switched back to "evil mode"

p.s.
If you look at the earliest SCAR 16s in Ca they were featureless, as a maglock had not been yet developed

Can y'all suggest a few places that I can find them featureless? The places I have found only offer it with the adjustable stock and folding.

Your going to have to pin it yourself, and add a grip fin.

The first problem will be finding a place that has them in stock. I suggest finding a shop outside of CA that is willing to ship it here in pieces.

You can take care of making it featureless yourself.

Addax (they have their own forum here) has a thread offering them in various set ups for 2900 + tax/dros with a 90 day turn around time. Probably one of the better deals you can get for one here in Ca
